AutoBCC

Bcc your CRM, your archive address, or yourself — on every email, automatically. The COM-era auto-BCC tools don't run in the new Outlook; AutoBCC is built for it.

The problem

You remembered the Bcc on 9 emails out of 10

If you log mail to a CRM, keep an archive mailbox, or just like a copy of everything you send, you know the drill: type the Bcc by hand, every time, and hope you never forget. The old COM add-ins that did this automatically are being retired — the new Outlook for Windows simply doesn't run them.

AutoBCC adds the address the moment you start composing. Open a new message and the Bcc is already there — visible, not hidden, so you can remove it for the one email that shouldn't be logged. Pro adds rules: Cc instead of Bcc, replies and forwards too, or only when the recipient's domain matches.

A new Outlook compose window where a Bcc address chip is added automatically by a rule New message Send ► To: anna@client.com Bcc: crm@mycompany.com added automatically Subject: Proposal v2 Rule: every new message → Bcc crm@mycompany.com
One rule, zero forgotten copies. The chip is visible in the Bcc field — remove it on any message where it doesn't belong.

How it works

Install the free add-in

Two minutes, no account, no card. Add it via Outlook's Get add-ins dialog — see the install guide.

Set your Bcc address

Open the AutoBCC pane once, enter the address. Every new message gets it from then on. Free forever — not a trial.

Unlock Pro when you need it

Buy once on Gumroad, paste your license key into the pane. Rules unlock instantly, on all your devices.

Installing AutoBCC

In Outlook: Get add-ins › My add-ins › Add a custom add-in, then add the AutoBCC manifest from URL or file. Rules run automatically when you compose; a settings pane manages them.

Coming to AppSource: AutoBCC is being submitted to Microsoft's add-in marketplace, after which it installs in one click from inside Outlook. Sideloading works today.

FAQ

Does it work in the new Outlook for Windows?

Yes — that's the point. AutoBCC is a web add-in using Outlook's on-compose events, which run in the new Outlook for Windows, Outlook on the web, Mac, and recent Microsoft 365 desktop builds. It replaces the COM-era auto-BCC tools that the new Outlook can't load.

Is the Bcc hidden from me too?

No. The address is added to the normal Bcc field where you can see it and delete it before sending. AutoBCC never adds anything you can't see — silent copying would be creepy, and we don't do creepy.

Where are my rules stored?

In Outlook's own roaming settings, inside your mailbox. Nothing is sent to us — no analytics, no tracking. The only network call is checking your license key. See the privacy policy.

Refunds?

30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked — reply to your Gumroad receipt or email [email protected].
