ContactGrab
The phone number you need is right there in their signature — and you're about to retype it, badly. ContactGrab extracts the whole signature into a contact card in one click.

Signatures are contact cards nobody saves
Every business email ends with a perfectly good contact record — name, title, company, phone, links — and it stays trapped there. So you retype it into your contacts (with a typo in the phone number), or you don't, and three months later you're searching old threads for "that number".
ContactGrab reads the signature for you. One click scans the message, extracts name, emails, phone numbers in international formats, job title, company and URLs into an editable preview form. Pro turns it into a standard .vcf vCard your contacts app imports directly, and keeps a history you can export to CSV.
Free vs Pro
Free extracts and shows the details. Pro gets them out — vCard downloads, history, CSV export.

FAQ
How accurate is the extraction?
Signatures are messy, so ContactGrab always shows what it found in an editable form before anything is saved — you fix the odd field instead of retyping the lot. Phone numbers are parsed with international formats in mind.
What's in the vCard?
A standard vCard 3.0: name, organisation, title, phone numbers with their types, email and URL. It imports into Outlook, Google Contacts, Apple Contacts — anything that speaks vCard.
Does the contact data leave my mailbox?
No. The message is scanned locally in your Outlook session, the history lives in your own mailbox settings, and the only way data leaves is when you download a vCard or CSV yourself. See the privacy policy.
Refunds?
30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked — reply to your Gumroad receipt or email [email protected].
