MeetAgenda

"No agenda, no attenda." MeetAgenda drops a structured, timeboxed agenda into your meeting invite — split automatically to fit the meeting length, before anyone can hit Accept on a mystery hour.

The problem

The invite says "Sync". It means nothing.

Everyone agrees meetings need agendas; almost nobody writes one, because a blank invite body at 17:55 is where good intentions die. So eight people show up to find out what the meeting is for, and the first ten minutes are spent deciding what to discuss.

MeetAgenda makes the agenda the easy part. While composing an invite, pick a template — status, decision or retro — and it lands in the body with timeboxes already split from the meeting's length and an attendee-count line. Pro adds your own templates, action-item and parking-lot blocks, and import/export so your whole team runs the same meeting shapes.

A 45-minute meeting becomes four timeboxed agenda items — inserted into the invite body, ready to edit.

Free vs Pro

Free covers the three meetings everyone runs. Pro makes the templates yours — and your team's.

FAQ

Can I edit the agenda after inserting it?

Of course — it's inserted as normal text in the invite body, so you can rename items, change times or delete lines like any other text. The template is a head start, not a cage.

How are the timeboxes calculated?

Each template defines proportions (a decision meeting spends more time on options than on context), and MeetAgenda scales them to your meeting's actual length — 30, 45 or 90 minutes all come out sensibly. Pro lets you tune the splits per template.

Where are my custom templates stored?

In your own mailbox's add-in settings — they roam with your account and never touch our servers. Pro's export/import is a plain JSON file, so sharing with a colleague is just sending them the file.
