PrintMail
Sometimes an email has to go on paper — for the file, the meeting, the lawyer. New Outlook makes that strangely hard. PrintMail opens a clean, printable view of any message in one click.

Printing email got worse, not better
The old Outlook had print tools; the new Outlook for Windows retired them along with every COM add-in that helped. What's left prints tiny fonts, giant banners, the entire fifteen-reply quote chain and a tracking pixel's worth of clutter — when it gives you a print option at all.
PrintMail builds the page you actually want to print. One click opens a clean view: a tidy subject/from/date header block, the message body, the quote chain trimmed. Then you print it with your normal print dialog. Pro adds the controls — images on or off, font size, margins, an attachment list page, page numbers, or just the text you selected.
Free vs Pro
Free prints a clean page. Pro makes it your page — images, sizes, margins and extras under your control.

Installing PrintMail
In Outlook: Get add-ins › My add-ins › Add a custom add-in, then add the PrintMail manifest from URL or file. A PrintMail button appears when you're reading a message.
Coming to AppSource: PrintMail is being submitted to Microsoft's add-in marketplace, after which it installs in one click from inside Outlook. Sideloading works today.
FAQ
Does it print the attachments too?
It prints the email; Pro can add an attachment list page so the paper record shows what was attached, with names and sizes. Printing the attachment files themselves is the job of the apps that open them.
Can I save to PDF instead of paper?
Yes — the print view uses your system's normal print dialog, so "Save as PDF" works exactly like it does everywhere else. Handy for archiving a thread into a project folder.
Does the email leave Outlook?
No. The print view is built locally from the message body in your Outlook session — no uploads, no analytics, all client-side. See the privacy policy.
Refunds?
30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked — reply to your Gumroad receipt or email [email protected].
