SafeToSend
Every document remembers more than you think: tracked changes, blunt comments, author names, hidden text. SafeToSend shows you what's hiding — before the client does.

The comment the client was never meant to read
It happens in every office eventually: a contract goes out with tracked changes still visible, a margin comment saying "they'll never accept this", or metadata revealing who really wrote the proposal. The damage ranges from awkward to lawsuit.
SafeToSend is the pre-flight check. One click scans the document and reports everything that shouldn't travel: pending revisions, comments, document properties, hidden text. Pro cleans it all in one click and gives you the green "ready to send" badge — so the only thing in the file is what you meant to send.
Free vs Pro
Free shows you the risk. Pro removes it in one click.

FAQ
Does it catch everything Word's Document Inspector catches?
Honest answer: not quite. Word's add-in API covers revisions, comments, core properties and hidden text — the leaks that cause real incidents. Some deeper metadata (like embedded RSIDs) is only reachable by Word's built-in Inspector, and SafeToSend says so in the pane and links you straight to it rather than pretending.
Can I undo a clean?
Cleaning runs in your open document, so Ctrl+Z works — and your saved file is untouched until you save. Many users clean a copy; SafeToSend reminds you before its first clean.
Does my document leave Word?
No. Scanning and cleaning run locally in your Word session. Nothing is uploaded, ever. See the privacy policy.
