Installing SheetDiff
In Excel (Windows, Mac, or web): Insert › Add-ins ›
My Add-ins › Upload My Add-in, then select the SheetDiff
manifest.xml. A SheetDiff button appears on your ribbon.

FAQ
Does it modify my original sheets?
No. Highlights are written to a copy, and the Pro difference report goes to a new sheet. Your originals stay untouched.
What if rows were inserted or deleted between versions?
That's exactly what the Pro key-column compare is for: rows are matched by a key (like an ID or name) instead of position, so an inserted row doesn't make everything below it look "changed".
Does my data leave Excel?
No. Both sheets are read and compared locally in your Excel session. No uploads, no analytics. See the privacy policy.
