SnipMail
Your best emails, ready to reuse. Snippets and templates with fill-in variables — one click to insert, stored privately in your own mailbox.
€24 one-time · free tier, free forever · 30-day money-back
You've written this email before. Twenty times.
The intro call follow-up. The invoice chaser. The "here's what we need from you" onboarding mail. You hunt through Sent Items, copy an old one, fix the wrong name you just pasted, and send. Multiply by every week of your working life.
SnipMail keeps your best emails one click away. Save a
snippet once; insert it at the cursor whenever you need it. Pro adds
fill-in variables — {FirstName} prompts you on insert,
{Date} fills itself — plus subject and recipient prefill, so
a whole template lands ready to send. With the right name, every time.
Free vs Pro
Free covers your top ten emails. Pro turns snippets into full templates that fill themselves in.

FAQ
Where are my snippets stored?
In Outlook's own roaming settings, attached to your mailbox and synced by Microsoft across your devices. They never touch a Brightpane server — there isn't one. Pro's JSON export means you can back them up and own them outright.
Do snippets work in replies and forwards?
Yes — anywhere you compose, the snippet is inserted at your cursor, formatting included.
Is there a storage limit?
Outlook's roaming settings allow about 32 KB, which fits a lot of text snippets. If you're a heavy user, Pro's export/import keeps backups outside the mailbox.
Refunds?
30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked — reply to your Gumroad receipt or email [email protected].
